Alongside my art practice, I also offer complimentary therapies and art classes to help support you to experience more joy and fulfilment in all areas of your life.
Having worked as an art teacher until the birth of my son in 2018, I understand the weight and frustration of feeling like there's more out there for you, but not knowing where to turn to first.
Struggling with stress, bereavement, grief and anxiety, I found myself turning towards mindful practices after a Doctor told me "you just have to relax". Looking at him clueless, it was something I wasn't familiar with. I genuinely had no idea.
That’s why it's now my mission to help myself and others live a life of fulfilment and help provide you with the confidence and support you need to overcome your challenges. I believe we all deserve to feel empowered to live our lives the way we truly desire, and that we have the tools within us to do so.
Through various practices I can guide you to a place of calm and relaxation, whether it's through a mindful art workshop to help you unwind or if you want something deeper, I can provide sessions to help shift your belief systems and unlock any blocks that may be holding you back. I'm here to connect with you and help you share your gifts with the world.
